I've herad of La Villa. Somebody recommended it as a really good and original Italian restaurant. It's in 131 Sukhumvit Soi 53. But I think it is stylish as well and also a little bit more expensive, I think around 500 baht for a Pizza (did not yet manage to go there myself). Another one is Duilio's Italian restaurant in 17 Sukhumvit Soi 49. (I cannot recommend Pizza Company, we got stomacache twice from their food and it's not the taste of a real pizza.) What about Israelian food? I like the food in the first! of 2 Israelian restaurants in the the small Soi next to the Chana Songkhram Police Station next to Khao San Rd. If you come from Khao San Rd. to the Police Station it is the next Soi to the right. Bon appetit!

Do you know Central Chidlom? Quite a snobbish place somehow, but they have really good international food! There is one food corner at the ground floor and big supermarket with real cheese, bread, salami and everything! Another big food court on the 6th floor. Loves it! (It's expensive compared to average thai food prices, but affordable). Another great food court you can find in the Paragon Shopping Mall, prices are amazingly fair there!
